PPD Circle of Excellence

This program is designed to support and grow promotional product distributors in their business, as well as personal growth. This group will serve as an accountability circle and a collaborative mentoring group. Guest speakers will be invited to share their expertise with the Circle.

This Circle of Excellence is for Distributors with a burning desire to make a huge leap forward in 2009 for business growth. Participants will be asked to work on their business (not just “in” their business) during the year by looking at their position on such things as:

	Vision
	Marketing
	Profitability, Financial Responsibility
	Developing a Niche
	Goals
	Mission
`	Personal growth and development
	Delegation
	Rational use of time
	96 minute rule
	Focus
	Prioritization
	Effective Team Work
	Becoming a Solutions Provider
	And much more

This program is not for the weak-at-heart or those not willing to dedicate themselves to growth and possible shifts in the way they view and work in their business.

The PPD Circle of Excellence Program is 12 months: January 2009 to December 2009. The Circle is limited a maximum of 12 members to ensure each participant gets the most from this program.

We will have one monthly hour call.
